Often innocent people become a victim of conspiracies or politics and this happens too often in the real estate business. But if someone is truly innocent like Murtuza Ali Rajkotwala then no matter what happens true justice will always take the side of the victim.
Murtuza Ali Rajkotwala, a founding figure and Director of Alamdar Infrastructures Pvt Ltd. was falsely convicted of forgery by one of his own peers Huzeifa Electricwala. Mr Electricwala was himself a director at Alamdar Infrastructures but he resigned and joined another company. But after one year of his resignation, Huzeifa Electricwala filed a FIR against the Directors of Alamdar Infrastructures Pvt Ltd. for forging his signature in the resignation letter.
Upon receiving the complaint, the police investigated the matter and declared the allegations false in their report. Mr Murtuza Ali Rajkotwala was dragged to the magistrate court where he fought a legal battle against his ex-colleague who was trying to defame him. The court, after analysing the shreds of evidence and hearing to the both parties, declared Murtuza Ali as innocent and dispensed the true justice.
Although any remuneration is not enough to meet the harassment that Mr Murtuza Ali Rajkotwala had to face but it is the only relief that he finally got the justice that he deserved and proved his innocence to the whole world.
